Zoom Drain
Zoom Drain is EXPERT in drains and sewer services! We specialize in drain and sewer cleanings, clearings, and inspections. Add-on services include drain replacements & repairs, as well as grease trap pumping, septic tank services, and drain care products. Zoom Drain is a niche, essential, emergency business - the need for our services will never go away. We provide a service that customers don’t want to or can’t do. We love it and do it better than anyone else! Homeowners and property managers don’t want to deal with drain issues and neither do plumbers, our primary competitors. We work closely with plumbers as their preferred partner to handle drain and sewer services they typically don’t offer, allowing us to dominate the market segment. Founders Jim Criniti and Ellen Rohr combined their strengths and experience to build the Zoom Drain franchise model. Jim Foley (Brand President) has worked his entire career in Franchising including significant stints with California Closets and Vanguard Cleaning Systems. Zoom Drain is a simple, profitable and scalable business model. It’s taken a lot of time, money and energy to build, but now we have the best systems in the industry. Our commitment to Franchisees is to help navigate the hurdles that derail many service-based business owners: Calls, Techs, and Trucks. That means… Teaching you how to make sure you have the right number of calls from the right customers every day Turnkey systems for recruiting, hiring, orienting, training and retaining great team members Lining up and maintaining the vehicles, tools and equipment required to get the jobs done right We solve problems for our customers who – let’s face it – are probably having a tough day. Nobody wants a drain problem. We do the work others don’t to do and we do it best. Our promise to our customers is: Fast. Focused. Fixed. That means… We are going to be there faster than anybody else. We’re focused; we just do drain and sewer work, our expertise. And we’re going to get the problem fixed. We don’t leave our customers high and dry, and will do whatever it takes to help solve their drain problems.
